DRESS FOR SUCCESS
Wear comfortable athletic shoes for all classes. When spinning, avoid long, loose pants as they can get caught in the equipment. We recommend leggings. Bikes are equipped with SPD clips and cages (for riders without clip-on cycling shoes).
Make sure that you come to class hydrated. You can also purchase a bottle of electrolyte-infused water or bring your own. Grab a complimentary orange—a good source of amino acids, potassium, sodium and zinc, shown to have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
BE ON TIME & READY
Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class so that you have enough time to check in and fill out a release waiver form, and we have time to help you set up your bike. We release bikes at the start of class if you have not checked in yet.
COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Let your instructor know that your comfort level. It can be intimidating to try a new workout, but don’t worry. Check in with your instructor, let them know if you have questions or health concerns, and they will be happy to answer them and show you modifications.
